I have concentrated on Lafayette and Orinda for several reasons: Namely, it is the best combination of highly rated schools (Acalanes Union district has consistently ranked in the top 2% in the state), weather, quality lifestyle, transportation (only 20 miles or so from downtown San Francisco via Hwy 24) and both communities have Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) providing rapid mass transit to most key areas around the Bay

I treat real estate differently from almost everyone else in the business. Instead of spending time developing a client relationship, then wasting your time and mine showing everything in that price range I have taken an entirely different approach ...
My wife and I have purchased and improved over 50 homes and properties in “LaMorinda” over the past 20 plus years. We are constantly scouring the market for interesting and attractive possibilities, whether “on the market” or not. I don’t normally demand total client loyalty, but rather look at each person as a customer. My job is to find not just a home, but the right home.
So when I find a special situation, I search my files for that “perfect fit”. No one’s valuable time is wasted. It does require that I know what a number of people are looking for at any given time.
Conversely if you are considering selling, nobody, but nobody, can do what we can.
With our own interior designer, landscape crew, and construction knowledge, (together with our carefully screened list of subcontractors) we can, quickly and inexpensively, prepare your property for the market and maximize your profits.
We understand the upper end market like no-one else and are not fearful of large numbers. We do, however, try to stay very local, mainly Lafayette and Orinda.
